COMMUNICATION via the INTERNET (EMAIL):

Communication via email is usually quite easy, but that does not mean that it is either quick or efficient. We have found that due to the nature of emails, they can sometimes be delayed, overlooked or confusing ... especially when numerous emails are sent with multiple change requests. While we try to respond to them in a timely fashion, sometimes it is not always possible to do so. The reasons can be varied, from internet connectivity problems to time constraints. Sometimes the person to whom you are sending the note is out of town or unavailable due to time and work conflicts.

So, if you have any important details or changes to make to your order, please give us a call during business hours to make those changes. Do NOT assume email communication will accomplish what a phone call can do.

If you do send an email and have not received a response from us in a few days, please do not think that we are ignoring you. It could be that your note was overlooked, or perhaps one of the exchanges was blocked by a spam trap. Please call at that point to get a reply to your questions.
